What is special

Housed in a warehouse once used by the Staatsoper (State Opera), the hotel is every bit as ostentatious as its surroundings, from the outsized columns and designer lighting in the lobby right down to the 1,000 square-metre spa.

General info

Just like Berlin is very much a mix of heritage and modern influences, we have created an inspiring blend of classic elements and inspiringly playful and modern décor. Located on Französische Straße, in the beautiful Gendarmenmarkt area with its monumental 18th century architecture our building was once used as a warehouse by the Staatsoper.

 

208 quiet, stylish rooms and suites and a 1.000 m² befine Sports & Spa including a state-of-the-art gym and an original Turkish hamam offer refuge from the hustle and bustle of the city outside. On the culinary side, the hotel offers The Schinkel Bar, a classic cocktail bar with regular live music and the vibrant Beef Grill Club restaurant.

 

The Titanic Hotels are, as well as in 2016, inside the Top Ten of the international hotel brands. Also in 2017, they ranked 6th in the report published by Horwath HTL.



About events here

For conferences and private events the hotel offers a magnificent 300 m² ballroom and 2 elegant meeting rooms with 50 m² each. Splendidly appointed with magnificent chandeliers and elegant stucco detail, the ballroom offers a luxurious atmosphere for glamorous celebrations and focused business meetings in a historically inspired setting for of up to 250 people. The alluring interplay of mirrors, special lighting and height ceilings creates an opulent sense of glamour. The foyer and wardrobe outside the ballroom are fully dressed in classic white marble, just as the elegant lobby, which makes it a great location for cocktail receptions.
